Rentals Terms and Conditions

1. Experience in riding a bicycle is required.
2. Our published rates are non – negotiable ones.
3. Is required to leave original ID or Passport during the rental. No other document will be accepted.
4. The departure and arrival points will be the office of Green Bike Perú (Avenida José Larco 383, Miraflores).
5. The prices do NOT include bicycles transfers. If customers request that departure and arrival points be others than our office, please write to info@greenbikeperu.com
6. The price does NOT include medical expenses in case of accident or death.
7. Green Bike Perú is NOT responsible for the inadequate use of the bicycle that the user can do.
8. Our bicycles have been designed for a normal and careful use of it. Any bicycle damage is considered as an inappropriate use. In that case, depending on the damage, the user will have to pay for the damaged replacement parts or for the total bicycle cost according to the current prices.
9. In case of damage, loss or theft the price of reimbursement for each bicycle is US$ 560.
10. In case of damage, loss or theft of the lock or the key the price of reimbursement is US$ 15.
11. In case of damage, loss or theft of the helmet the price of reimbursement is US$ 35.
12. Green Bike Peru is NOT responsible for loss or theft of personal objects or for the fortuitous circumstances beyond its control.
13. Green Bike Perú does NOT rent bicycles to third parties to make tours.
14. The information and rates of www.greenbikeperu.com may vary without prior notice. Green Bike Peru reserves the right to change them. Valid rates will always be published in our web site.
15. We do NOT give invoices.
16. There will be NO refunds in any case.
17. The Rentals Terms and Conditions are accepted once the payment ticket have being received. The service should not be taken if these are not accepted.
